This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own.

This one-room schoolhouse was built in 1840, and has been completely renovated into a private retreat for two — original timbers and antique sliding doors preserved, modernized around a king bed, propane fireplace, private hot tub on the covered deck, and an oversized rain-shower for two. An hour from Saratoga, easy reach to Cobleskill, Howe Caverns, and the southern Adirondacks. Built for couples who want somewhere that doesn't feel like everywhere else.

If these walls could talk, they'd tell a story of the history of Glenville, NY! Starting as a Broom Corn Farm and then a Speakeasy during Prohibition, the original bar is located in the basement! This renovated New England-style colonial has beautifully landscaped grounds and butts up to the Mohawk River, providing privacy and views. Walking the property not only gives you a bit of exercise but allows you to take in the beautiful views and native foliage.

Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.

Hillside Cabin-Yurt

Discover a charming yurt-shaped house perched on a quiet hill with beautiful pond views. Inside is an open concept studio with a comfy king bed, two futons, a full kitchen, and bathroom. Off-grid Riverbank Getaway

Welcome to the off-the-grid getaway! This tiny house is on stilts on the edge of the Alplaus Creek. If you want to get away from screens and tech, and enjoy tending a woodstove, this might be for you. Park in the marked spot near 41 Hill St and walk down the 500 ft trail. You can read by the woodstove, fish, write, have a campfire, or watch ducks/beaver/deer from the balcony. A canoe is provided.

Guests will enjoy the tranquil setting, yet will be close to historical Saratoga Race Track and other attractions.
