You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light. It is the entire lower floor that includes a patio for outdoor relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Our place is great for solo travelers, business travelers, couples, or small families. You will be staying in our walk out basement, we live upstairs. Our space is one bedroom, large living/kitchenette, laundry and spacious bathroom. Our home is only a couple of miles from Ballantyne corporate center, about 30 minutes from uptown, 25 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to Carowinds, and 35 minutes to the whitewater center.
