Originally built between 1906 and 1911 this historical cottage was completely renovated in 2023. Beach access to Lake Michigan only a few hundred feet away. Just minutes away from the boutique shops, amazing restaurants and some fudge in downtown Charlevoix. You can wave to the passengers on the Beaver Islander from the front porch!

Our location is a short distance from the Jordan River Valley and within 20 minutes of the south arm of Lake Charlevoix, Torch Lake, Lake Michigan, Shanty Creek Schuss Mountain Resorts, Glacial Hills, orchards and farm markets. The cabin is a spacious two story retreat that will sleep 6 in two bedrooms and a loft. Guests have access to cabin wifi.

There are 3 beaches within 3 miles of the home. Nubs Knob and the Boyne resorts are within 30 minutes. The home was recently remodeled and is fully equipped. The home does have well water. The small faucet at the kitchen sink provides pure RO water for drinking and cooking.
