The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

The layout of the Snug is a studio with full Double Bed, Double Sofa Bed, Kitchenette with Sink, Gas Hob, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Fridge and Breakfast Bar and an ensuite Bathroom with Shower.

The stone cottage which is over 250 years old has been recently renovated and retains its traditional style: stone and white-washed walls, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. There are also modern conveniences: heating, Wifi, TV with Netflix and fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a vaulted ceiling and the bathroom. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom. 12 mins walk, 3 min drive to Main Street, this converted open plan cottage is a lovely place to stay and is child and pet friendly. Excellent train and Bus service. Lots of amenities in the town. Adjacent to Co Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Clare and Tipperary. Great walking/cycling in the area. Cottage fully self contained. There is a large enclosed garden. Light bright self contained stand-alone cottage that can be let as a two bedroom OR one bedroom. The tariff for 2 nights for 2 guests is 90 Euros per night. Any additional guests are charged at 25 Euros per night per guest. NB. If the booking is for 2 guests AND both bedrooms are used , ie one guest in each bedroom, the price is €95.00 per night for the cottage. Charleville is 3km away with shops restaurants and bars . No smoking or pets.
