1,200 square foot Flat - Jasmine House

The Proprietor's Flat in the Main House has one, king-size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination. Tastefully decorated with 18th century furniture, the private and luxurious flat also boasts a separate living room, dining room and kitchen in addition to beautiful hardwood floors. Amenities include hair dryer, iron/board, television, refrigerator, safe and high-speed internet access. These living quarters are the largest in the Jasmine House, totaling 1,200 sq. ft.

Folliday Inn - The Triple - Room 24

Room 24- The Triple. This 2nd floor guest room has entry from a covered porch. The Queen-sized bed can sleep up to 2 guests, perfect for a romantic beach getaway. The private bathroom is outfitted with a tub & shower. Swim in the large community pool on Folly Beach! Beach access is only 1 block away. 1 on-site parking pass provided. Must be 21+ to rent. NO smoking allowed. Pet friendly for 1 dog w/ an additional $125 + tax pet fee. Updated soundproofing for a peaceful stay!
