Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Menet est un château érigé au XIIème siècle sur la rive droite de la Tardoire, à proximité du sympathique et vivant village de Montbron. Cette demeure familiale est classée aux Monuments Historiques, et a fait l'objet d'un important projet de rénovation. La situation du château est exceptionnelle, en pleine nature, surplombant la rivière Tardoire et un ancien moulin. Une très grande terrasse plein sud, permet de profiter de cette vue.
