The cosy Cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen & TV lounge. Guest parking with private garden and bike storage.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish accommodation. Enter through the front door into the open plan spacious, contemporary kitchen, dining and living area. The Kitchen is extremely well equipped and includes Nespresso coffee machine and Dualit appliances. The notably large bedroom has an en-suite wet room and French doors opening onto a veranda and garden with stunning views of the sea and coast. The garden has furniture to relax in whilst enjoying the views. 15 mins walk to beach/town

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Enjoy a peaceful and private stay with us at one of our Holiday Homes at Manor Farm We offer the choice of Manor Farm (Sleeping 14) Manor House (Sleeping 7) or Manor Farm Barn (Sleeping 4). All properties have their own private garden areas and their own private entry by keysafe. The location is the perfect mix of peaceful, rural country living, whilst still being just a short drive away from all of the local amenities, major transport links and tourist attractions.

Each solid wood log cabin is encircled by trees for your privacy yet open enough to let sunlight through. We aim to give you that cosy, romantic log cabin retreat experience with a solid wood burner, private hot tub and free access to our seasonal outdoor heated pool (end May - Sept). Nestled in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Wynford Eagle is one of West Dorset's hidden gems. Swallows Return is a cosy studio retreat, a haven for peace and relaxation which opens out onto a large terrace with stunning views of the valley, 8 acres of grounds and gardens and beautiful alpacas. A great base to explore Dorset, situated just 15 minutes from the Jurassic coastline and all this incredible area has to offer.

With beautiful views south across the picturesque valley, our small garden overlooks Forde Abbey, with views of the magnificent avenue of trees, and the highest powered fountain in the country. Our cottage has been converted with the intention of creating a luxurious and peaceful space. The kirami wood fired hot tub has to be experienced to be fully appreciated in this amazing setting.
