Thanks for checking out our treehouse! It’s 4 minutes from downtown Shepherdstown and 15 minutes from downtown Harpers Ferry. We are excited to share it with other fun-loving folks! The treehouse has heat and AC, a tiny kitchen with a mini fridge, stove top, toaster oven, gravity-fed sink and kitchenware. There’s a bathhouse built on the back of the host’s home with a conventional toilet and shower. There’s also an outhouse with a light and essentials. We provide wood for the fire pit also.

Within 20 minutes of Chambersburg restaurants, shopping, hospital and activities. Also about a 40 minute drive to historic Gettysburg, PA! The farm is active farm growing row crops and hay. We have a very friendly barn cat! We are a family wanting to share our beautiful piece of land with all who visit!

There is no tv at this place , our goal is to have our guests enjoy nature and in this way be refreshed and ready to go back to work.

Charlie’s Place-Beautiful, quiet 2-bedroom cabin.

Our cabin is located on a private stoned road. Very quiet and remote location. Keep this in mind when booking. 25 minute drive to downtown Gettysburg, 40 minutes to Carlisle Fairgrounds. Near Michaux State Forest, Pine Grove Furnace State Park and Caledonia State Park; many hiking, ATV and snow mobile trails. For those that enjoy skiing we are 30 minutes to Liberty Mountain in Fairfield and 50 minutes to Roundtop Mountain in Lewisberry.
