This 400 year old home is tucked away down a small lane away from the main road and enjoys both privacy and tranquillity but with the convenience of being central. As you step through the front door of Weaver's, its innate charm and character will sweep you into another time zone. A luxuriously furnished and beautifully restored apartment in Gladesville House in the heart of Chagford, with shops, cafes and the wonders of Dartmoor - wild ponies, streams and ancient trees on its doorstep. William's Nest features high ceilings, wooden floors a stunning kitchen-diner and south-facing garden with sheltered seating with views to the moor. The 2nd bedroom features a sofa and a sofa bed with 14cm fully pocket sprung mattress. This allows the room to function also as a lounge.

It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The Little Art House is situated in the picturesque old part of Moretonhampstead on Dartmoor. This compact 17 square metre space has, within its own private entrance, a small, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a little bedroom with double bed (135cm x190cm) and an en-suite shower room. It also has air-conditioning. We also offer free car parking, secure cycle parking and Wi-Fi. There are three separate steps leading up to the property.
