Thatched Carters Cottage nestles in the peaceful Dorset hamlet of North Chideock, adjacent to 16th century Home Farm Cottage. A fabulous rambler's location, with EV charger, 40 mins walk from the Jurassic coastline, 3 thatched pubs, Spar shop, Felicity's Farm Shop, Hell's Lane fab hollow-way, Colmers Hill & Symondsbury Estate Cafe. 15 mins drive to Lyme Regis. The cosy Cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen & TV lounge. Guest parking with private garden and bike storage.

Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Step outside to a private deck, perfect for al fresco dining and wander into the orchard where a BBQ awaits. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Noresire is a ground floor flat with a family member above so footsteps may be heard.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

The Annex - Middle Payne Barn

Located on the outskirts of Chard, the property is ideally located to explore Somerset and surrounding areas. Newly furnished and decorated to a very high standard for you to enjoy, The Annex adjoins our home and has a private front door. There is a king sized bed and a double sofa bed suitable for 2 children (in the same room). There is a kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, tea/coffee and toast making equipment and a multi-function microwave. There is ample off-road parking.

Enjoy a peaceful and private stay with us at one of our Holiday Homes at Manor Farm We offer the choice of Manor Farm (Sleeping 14) Manor House (Sleeping 7) or Manor Farm Barn (Sleeping 4). All properties have their own private garden areas and their own private entry by keysafe. The location is the perfect mix of peaceful, rural country living, whilst still being just a short drive away from all of the local amenities, major transport links and tourist attractions.
