Steph's Cozy Apartment -newly renovated

Our newly renovated apartment has all you need to enjoy a nice trip to south Louisiana. Kitchen and bath is equipped with pots, pans, spices, cutlery, utensils, dishes, and even light breakfast items. Bath has all towels and toiletries available for use. Our apartment is located upstairs above our carport but has its own private entrance along with own air conditioner/heating system. Our place will sleep 5 comfortably. We offer an Ice Machine to help with those fishing trips and local travels.

We live in our new addition with a private entrance and den. The house is 10 to 15 minutes from NO Airport. Quiet neighborhood. Blocks from Supermarket, Plenty of character and charm in this home. Full of personality!! Home is fully Renovated in 2016.The house has 3 outside cameras one is the doorbell and one on each side of the house.

There's also a semi private courtyard and pool. The 322 sq.ft studio includes Wifi, a full bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. We're situated directly on the Amite River and this cottage is perfect for anyone who loves to fish! We provide a place to dock your boat, and can even recommend the best routes along the river that we often take ourselves. Please note that we do not allow pets at the cottage so get your fur babies a sitter and come on down.
