Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

The complex has this green space to enjoy, with a large (heated) swimming-pool. Also has a gym, dry sauna and a restaurant & bar only for residents. The loft is super unique and stylish. With a cool taste in every detail. double high and tall walls with huge windows, both with views to the pool and garden.

El Loft forma parte de una casa casi centenaria refaccionada a nuevo y cuenta con todas las instalaciones necesarias para estadías placenteras. Tiene un amplio ventanal a la calle y es muy luminoso. La seguridad es óptima ya que se encuentra en una calle muy tranquila de viviendas familiares con muy poco tránsito. El departamento está ubicado a 200 metros de la estación Dorrego del Subte B y a escasos 300 metros del Estadio Movistar Arena. AVISO: pasa un tren en altura muy cerca de la casa.

Excellent Loft/studio in Palermo Soho. With a nice Patio & Barbecue and Work Space! Two bathrooms (one upstairs and the other one, downstairs), kitchen. The bedroom is upstairs. The room is very big with a King size bed. The neighborhood is very quiet, two blocks from all restaurants, design shops, and coffee shops of Palermo Soho, you can go walking without problems. A very safe area :) The apartment is very quiet, comfortable and very nice!!!! Welcome :)

El departamento es muy luminoso, tiene vista abierta a la ciudad y El Barrio, con un balcón muy hermoso y con plantas en todos los ambientes, la comodidad de dormir en excelentes condiciones garantizado 100% El check in es FLEXIBLE quiere decir que si esta libre el dia anterior podrán ingresar antes de las 16 horas que es el horario normal, (pueden dejar los equipajes antes del horario del check in y también pueden usarlo para el check out)
