THE STABLE is a modern granny flat with 1 comfortable queen sized bed, open plan kitchen and lounge room, air conditioning close to Hunter Valley Vineyards with only a 15-20 min CAR RIDE to all main attractions and concert venues. Our flat is semi attached to our main house but has private entrance, we also have a mini dash Wonka that will be more than happy to say hello when he’s out & about. Cooper St is in close proximity to all the supermarkets and shops, also transport that can take you to the vineyards for lunch, dinner wine tasing or concerts It has four generous sized bedrooms, two of the bedrooms having their own ensuite’s. Cooper St has two seperate living areas, BBQ entertainment area easy parking at the premise.
