Kuća ima prostranu travnatu okućnicu i besplatan natkriven parking. Kuća sadrži dnevni boravak, 2 spavaće sobe, 2 kupaonice, saunu, wc i kuhinju. U cijelom objektu dostupan je besplatni WI-FI.
