If you don't mind the above disadvantages of this room, rate for 2 people at 390k/night.

Entire Wooden House in Dalat (Jang & Min's House)

My property is a new wooden house 20m2, located in the middle of the hill, surrounding by trees, outdoor is still in progress. A quiet place, very nice typical view of Dalat. It is a bit hard to approach by motorbike because of the slope, easy for walking, taxi drop 20m from the property.
