Our rustic, renovated barn & loft is a unique, funky artist retreat & small event/family space on a shade-dappled, 3 acre charming hill country property. It's a cozy & peaceful property just outside of town giving you a secluded & private experience but close enough to town to enjoy all the fun activities San Marcos has to offer. There is a fantastic disc golf course at the end of the road, a shooting range, art center, the San Marcos river for a day on the water & Yoga/Healing Center nearby!

If you love FIXER UPPER, the Barndominium is just for you!! Chip & Jo's VERY favorite project, horse barn to chic urban farmhouse, for your girls trip or family. Nestled on 16 acres w/ oak trees and a 25 acre spring-fed lake, the Barn is decorated just like it was on the show (we did add a 2-story 800 sq ft deck). The place dreams are made of as you sit back, in the very same furniture Joanne picked, while you enjoy watching that very episode! It's a truly magical experience & a must do!

Stay in a luxurious loft in the barn constructed with whitewashed shiplap and rustic timbers. Big oversized windows and view the stables and pasture. The oversized cowboy bathtub is a converted water trough. This space features an open floor plan that includes 2 queen plus 1 twin size beds, a kitchenette and entertainment center. Vaulted ceilings make for a cozy stay.

Lovely one room barndominium - The Bastrop Barndo

✦ A modern, but cozy, 600-sq.-ft. Barndominium with full kitchen and bath, one king bed, living room, closet, Amazon, Netflix, Disney+,Roku, and fast WiFi. We built the barndo in 2022, and furnished it for Airbnb. We have a Roku TV in the living room as well in the master room configured with a Amazon and Netflix set up application, which gives you access to the network, This also allows you to log into your own streaming services such as , Hulu, HBO, Cinemax and so on.

Cedar Cabin- A quiet getaway secluded on 10 acres

Our quarter log cabin is nestled on 10 acres. It sits on a western facing hillside overlooking the Fischer valley. Its a great place to get away from the city and crowds! Its location is very quiet and secluded. Go for a walk down the hiking trails where you may see deer, squirrels, hummingbirds, roadrunners, rabbits, grey foxes, lizards, butterflies.... Relax with your favorite beverage on the covered front porch where you can see amazing sunsets and the stars at night.

The gourmet kitchen is completely equipped and the living area features the same type of TV with the most comfy sofa bed ever!

Feel refreshed and ready to explore Waco after waking in this gem! The queen bed has a 3” memory foam topper. Nightstands hold your items. A/C and heat provided by mini splits . There is a NEW restroom that has been added. There is a rain shower, a toilet, and sink. Parking is free and right outside your door. While here feel free to gather flowers from the meadow, or stroll under the majestic oaks. The porch has a café table and chairs.

Old West Cabin and River Access!

Hill Country River Ranch is 4 miles to main street. The Feed Mill is reminiscent of an old western feed store and sits on 28 acres. Our private access to the Pedernales River is only 200 yards away. This riverbank area is shared with other guests . We have a canoe, kayaks, picnic tables and BBQ pits for you to enjoy under the shaded pecan and oak trees. We are private, yet close enough for UberEats deliveries!
