Amazing mountain views above Gibbston' s famous winery area. High up away from the noisy road we have 5 acres of garden. Your apartment, with its own front door is attached to our home but feels very private. It is newly redecorated with an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Two bedrooms both with shower ensuites , one a king bed and the other a king or 2 single beds. Enjoy our log burning fire or go outside and enjoy the outdoor brazier while sipping a local wine and stargazing.

Fully self contained two bedroom downstairs unit (upstairs unit is permanently occupied by us). Great quiet location only 1 minute walk to Rail Trail, 10 minutes walk to supermarket centre of town. Off street parking for one car. Wifi, TV, washing machine.If you need high class furniture and matching bed linen this is not going to be the place for you, but if you want somewhere clean, comfortable and handy then welcome! Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motorsport Park, and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.

Within walking distance to the Roxburgh town centre and close proximity to the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail. Attention Cyclists: We are now in a position to offer pick-up & delivery of you and your bike if required. Prior confirmation of this would be necessary.
