The Field Cabin is a recently renovated 4-season shipping container cabin with a master bedroom, electricity, A/C, wood-fired hot tub, wood stove, furnace, indoor bathroom/shower, mountain views, patio, La Colombe coffee, gas grill, kitchen, and fire ring. Camp Finale

Located on our most private lot, Camp Finale offers breathtaking mountain views and beautiful wildflower meadow which spills below to the woods. Accessed off a long driveway at the end of our country road, the cabin offers privacy and tranquility. Queen bed, sweet new bathroom with shower, kitchen with range and compact fridge and a private firepit. Optional Japanese hot tub experience as well as a cedar sauna! In summer we offer wood fired pizza. Close to Gore and Garnet Hill for skiing.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.
