A beautifully reconstructed first fl two-bedroom flat in a 16th century building, the flat is just a wonderful few minutes walk to some of the most interesting sites in Prague, including, the Castle and The Charles Bridge. Cobble-stoned, gaslight, winding streets will charm you. Deep-set windows, thick walls contribute to the ancient romance of this flat. Stunning views of the Charles Bridge from the bedroom and castle from the living room will leave their mark long after you have checked out.

Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein Naturspielplatz sowie eine sonnige Terasse, die zum Grillen und Verweilen einlädt. Die naheliegende Badestelle am Teupitzer See ist ca. 200 Meter entfernt. The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Während meinen Reisen um die Welt vermiete ich meine gemütliche Stadtwohnung zwischen dem Zentrum Leipzigs und dem Clara-Park. Perfekt geeignet für 2-4 Personen, wird euch in der frisch renovierten und neu ausgestatteten 2-Zimmer Wohnung nichts fehlen. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Lokalitäten. Stadtzentrum und Stadtpark sind in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.
