Desert Rose is a secluded waterfront cottage on the 5-acre Monticello Estate. It is perched directly over one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island, famous for the unbelievable pink sand and turquoise water. The large beach Tiki Hut and the deck are a unique​ opportunity to enjoy the paradise from really close. The cottage is ideal for 2-4 guests, but we can accommodate larger groups​ as well. We have the​ "Garden of Light" house that sets back in the garden which sleeps 6 more guests​.

The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow Bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out.

Eleuthera has over 100 beaches for you to explore. The closest, Pau Pau, is 1.4 miles away and famous Ten Bay is 4 miles away. The closest town, Governor's Harbour is 8 miles away with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. The Governor's Harbour Airport is 12 miles away. You’ll love my place because of the gorgeous view and the expansive back deck with a heated salt water infinity pool that is perfect for watching sunsets. The swimming and snorkeling are great off the back of the house.

This 7 acre beach front estate has a world class pink sand beach on the property. It is easily accessed with a beach buggy (golf cart). The courtyard has a heated pool (winter) . Kayaks, standup paddle board and beach supplies are provided. There is dining nearby at Tippy's a popular island restaurant. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups.
