A meticulously presented and carefully considered property which is essentially a guest house to the side of our home. You will have your own entrance, Private bedroom, lounge and bathroom and the kitchen is for your use but we do have access to the kitchen area as we occasionally may need to pop in to access the washing machine, but you will barely see us! Gorgeous location and makes a wonderful place to stay. All the essentials are here for you and we are looking forward to welcoming you.

The Ridgeway Lodge close to Ivinghoe Beacon

The Lodge is a separate building from the main house and has a private patio for relaxing in the sunshine or stargazing at night. The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Set in the grounds of a pretty, historic, thatched cottage, Pennyfathers Annex offers the perfect base to explore the surrounding Bedfordshire countryside and Barton hills with easy access to London and Cambridge and a short drive from Woburn Abbey, Wrest park and Bletchley Park. There are Pubs and Restaurants in the local villages, some just a walk away. We can even offer pre and post flight relaxation and parking for your time away, as we are a short taxi ride from Luton Airport.

A peaceful, warm (twin skinned and insulated) and bright self-contained cabin set in a secluded mature garden and surrounded by beautiful countryside views. The Cabin has a shabby chic antique vibe. Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town of Stevenage. Ideally located to travel to London (train takes 30 minutes to Kings Cross). If you want to have a little family holidays, this is a lovely town. Walking distance to the cinema, the farm, and the nature reserve. Toys and baby equipment available upon request. Beautiful big garden with plenty of entertainment for children.
