Built in 2019, this home has a covered front porch and a elevated back deck overlooking a yard that will be filled with games, including horseshoes and cornhole. My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.

Excellent site for couples or families, enjoy access to hiking, swimming, golf, scenic views and access to shopping and other amenities in nearby Leland or Glen Arbor. Several wineries are also nearby. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. Two golf courses are immediately adjacent to the association property--Sugarloaf the Old Course and Manitou Passage.
