Newly remodeled guest house less than 1/4 mile from Coler’s back entrance. Also 1/2 mile from grocery store, bike shop and trail connection to Slaughter Pen and Bella Vista trails. Murphy bed in living room provides a second queen bed. Utility room provides bike hangers, a bike stand and a full size washer/dryer. Wash stand for bikes located right outside utility room. ABOUT THE GATHERING PLACE The Gathering Place is in Downtown Bentonville, just a mile away from the Bentonville Square & the Walmart Home Office & 1.5 miles from the Razorback Greenway. We invite you to gather at our cozy, family friendly home. The house has recently been remodeled by three generations of family members. We used our love of the environment and re-used a lot of the existing material from the original house to build barn doors, fences, shelves, and many other unique designs.

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

We focus on using all natural cleaning products to keep our house fresh and free of toxic chemicals and smells. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Coler Cottage

Enjoy this studio/guest house located just two blocks from Coler Mountain biking trails. Bring your bikes, and don’t worry about driving. Guest house is two blocks from Coler and can ride to Slaughter Pen as well as downtown Bentonville trails/restaurants bars. Studio guest house has one queen bed, a futon sofa, air mattress, kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and bath/shower. While guest house has a pool view, pool is not available for use by guests.

Bike out, bike in convenience provided by our charming and rustic guest cabin. Don't be fooled by the functional exterior, the inside is a cozy and welcoming place to relax after a day of mountain biking, hiking, or enjoying NWA's restaurants, breweries, and internationally acclaimed arts culture. Ideal for two, a hide-a-bed sofa accommodates two more. We're low tech, no wifi, cell service is good. We also have over the air digital TV.
