The place is simple, functional, convenient & priced accordingly. We aim to provide value for respectful guests who understand they're booking an economical stay. We live on the ground level with our son while this room is on the 2nd floor above an empty living room. 1 guest per room-No visitors permitted.

Our beautiful private guest suite is located in one of the most quiet, safe, and green residential neighborhoods in Philadelphia, Roxborough. We are a 10 minute drive from Manayunk restaurants & bars, and 35 minute drive from Center City Philadelphia (45 with traffic). Buses and trains are within walking distance to go to Center City if you don’t want to drive. Also, the Wissahickon Valley park is less than 5 mins away for those interested in sightseeing, hiking, and biking along the trails.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This 2nd floor space has 1 single bed, and 1 futon to accommodate 2 guests, sleeping separately. Private bathroom and kitchen. An economical option in a fresh vibrant neighborhood! Steps from the BSL Subway, the Avenue of the Arts, international eateries, and the marquee theatres in the city. Stay in the heart of the metro area, while maximizing your dollar at the same time. No smoking , no drugs and no parties.

Right in the heart of the Main Line suburbs, this second floor unit is perfect for families, visiting nearby colleges, and only a short drive from downtown Philadelphia. We designed the space to be clean, calm, and serene. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, a short walk from the town of Gladwyne, and many trails and parks nearby. (Ask us for our favorites if you’re an outdoor enthusiast!) Olga and Dima live on the first floor of the house and can try to accommodate any needs you may have!

Located in the West Poplar District we are conveniently located near Chinatown, The Met, Convention Center, about a 20 minute walk to Center City and many great bars and restaurants within walking distance (The Institute bar, being one of my favorites). With the subway just blocks away, public transportation is close by and Uber can always get you to your desired destinations within minutes.

Stroll over to the Eastern State Penitentiary, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, or one of the many great restaurants, bars, markets, and cafes just one block south on Fairmount Ave. The subway is just blocks away and Ubers close.
