Surrounded by 100 year old oaks & scenic wildlife, Salt Creek Retreat is a well appointed getaway. If you want to experience world class fishing at the beach & off the dock, with all the comforts of home, then this is the place for you. We fell in love w/Sargent in 2020 & bought Salt Creek Retreat in 2022. After almost a year of renovations we are ready to share our family retreat. We love to get away & relax in this peaceful setting & love the people/atmosphere in Sargent. We know you will too!

Sitting in the patio upstairs ,beach sounds and activity on ICW is a treat for your senses.Come down to enjoy BBQ fire pit and fishing on the ICW. The windows in the living area makes you feel close to the nature even from inside. The studio style interior with queen bed and 3 pull out beds is perfect for a couples retreat or a group up to 5. Washer dryer and full stocked kitchen for longer stays.

McNeal's Cut Cottage - San Bernard River

Fisherman's dream. A quiet place to relax and enjoy nature. This property is located on a canal directly across from McNeal's cut on the San Bernard River. Perfect for river or shallow water fishing, kayaking and bird watching. Less than a mile to intracostal canal and public boat ramp. Many native and migratory birds can be seen throughout the year and with the San Bernard Wildlife Refuge hosting their annual Migration Celebration it's perfect for bird watchers of all ages.

The Pier House in Sargent, TX (close to Houston)

If you want to get away to the beach and avoid the crowds, come stay in our beautiful home on Sargent Beach just a 1hr30minute drive from Houston. Enjoy 360degree water views from our home , fishing from our amazing pier, and watching the tug boats, dolphin & plethora of birds pass through. What makes our property so unique is that you get to fish from our double level pier over the ICW or you can walk across the road and fish and play in the gulf (approximately 75 yards).
