Cozy Cazenovia Creek Cottage less than 2 miles into the village. This Fly Fisherman’s Cottage sits directly on Chittenango Creek! Chittenango Creek is known for its hiking, biking, and of course world renowned fishing! What used to be the original carriage house down from an 1890 Farm House has been transformed into a rustic space with original exposed beams yet clean and comfortable space with all the modern conveniences. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: This is a private, open-concept STUDIO APARTMENT—not an entire house. Maximum occupancy is 5 people, including children and infants. One queen bed and up to three rollaway cots are available. We cannot accommodate more than 5 guests. If 2 persons need separate beds, an extra fee of $50 will be added for the use of a rollaway cot. Take in the spectacular views and amazing sunrises from either our huge front porch or lodge-like deck/pavilion out back!The Cottage offers the perfect place to kick back and relax anytime of the year. The area offers many activities for all 4 seasons and The Cottage is the perfect home base to explore Central NY.

Private, spacious suite just steps away from everything! Two large bedrooms, full bathroom, and gracious living room with open gas fireplace, all furnished with heirloom furniture. Luxury bedlinens. Private entrance. Walk-in shower. No kitchen, but we offer a mini fridge and microwave!

The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away.
