It is the only rental on the property in a very private and quiet neighborhood - only minutes (5) ride to town. There is a restaurant right across the way for breakfast and dinner and another restaurant close by. The property is on island electricity, but also has on-grid solar power and electric generator. All Airbnb guests must be 25 years or older.
