Comfortable 1 Bedroom unit, with own private access. Private bathroom with large shower, vanity and toilet, laundry/kitchenette has a toaster, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities etc and washing machine. No stove. Bedroom has a queen size bed, quality bedding, A/C, ceiling fan and large wardrobe. The living room has a new fridge, dining table & chairs, lounge with pull out sofa bed, large screen TV, DVD Blueray. Outdoor area has BBQ with side burner, seating and attractive garden setting.

Batemans Bay, 2 Bedroom Air BnB Unit

Our very popular fully self contained 2 Bedroom Unit located in Hanging Rock, Batemans Bay, NSW. Great location in a quiet and flat residential area, Only 2km to Batehaven & 2.5km to Batemans Bay town centre making this a great central location to either walk or drive to either destination. The unit is equipped with everything you many need for a weekend or weeks stay. Featuring a full sized kitchen, & laundrette in the bathroom. we do live onsite,& will not tolerate any breaking of house rules

Owl Nest

Owl Nest is located next to our home with its own secure contained yard. It is situated on two and a half acres of landscaped gardens. Enjoy a private setting with abundant local wildlife greeting you as you sit back on your private deck enjoying a fresh brewed coffee or drink. I have provided many additional items to enable a pleasant stay and Im happy for you to bring your house trained dog. However I need to know if you bring pets, bring their bedding along. Pet fee, $20 for their stay.

This private, huge bush block boasting an array of native delights with full grown spotted gums, banksias and spectacular birdlife is just a 250m stroll to the beach. It features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas, one especially for the kids (or kids at heart).

Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.
