Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. It is for 5 people and had got 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed and private bathroom with nice lake view 2 double bed and private bathroom and and terrace 3- single bed and private bathroom Living room and a tiny kitchen. The apartment has also a nice veranda with beautiful lake view. We have a nice swimming pool we like to share with our guests.
