The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

Located in the historic village of Monsanto, the Most Portuguese Village in Portugal, the house was recovered from an old stone house, creating a rustic atmosphere, with the comforts of a current home. Being in the middle of the village, we easily meet the neighbors, hear birds or continue to climb to the Castle (since the house is on the way to the Castle).No access by car (parking 200 meters away)

A Casa da Saudade localiza-se em Dornes, recentemente nomeada uma das 7 Maravilhas de Portugal, na categoria de Aldeias Ribeirinhas. Dornes possui ainda um belíssimo Santuário e uma Torre Templária pentagonal de que não se conhece mais exemplares no país.
