Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Castello is the most lovely and colorful district of Venice. This is the place where you want to go, if you are willing to breathe the real atmosphere of Venice.

Just Renewed - It lies in a very central area of Venice, near Biennale Arte, it is very quiet, being out of the mass tourism paths, but at the same time close to everything. In fact it takes only a few minutes walk to Biennale (5 min walk), Rialto (15), San Marco (10). It is also close to Arsenale and San Zaccaria boat piers) where all the major boat lines depart to all the most important destinations: Airport, Train Station, Murano, Burano, Lido.

Il quartiere frizzante e popolare di Castello, molto vicino all’area della Biennale e a 5 minuti a piedi dai trasporti pubblici. La vicina via Garibaldi dispone di negozi di ogni tipo, bar, pasticcerie, ristoranti, farmacia,... Il quartiere offre molti servizi e al contempo rimane una zona tranquilla, soprattutto di notte.
