Work would occur roughly 8am–4/5pm and not every day. Cannot see it from the house.

Daybed in living room could sleep one. Added to the 1860's farmhouse in the 1980's, the apartment has a cozy, warm charm of it's own with it's cathedral ceilings, knotty pine, interior, and seasonal lake views. Walk to public beach, boat launch, and all village amenities. 45+/- minutes to skiing.

Inside you’ll find a king bedroom, queen loft, and full bath with walk-in shower. Though part of a lakeside community, the neighborhood is wonderfully quiet and peaceful.

Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired.
