Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Da qui si raggiungono facilmente circuiti naturalistici e culturali a pochi minuti d'auto. Dista 2,5 km dai servizi di centro paese, 32 dal centro di Torino, 39 da Asti, 40 dall'Aeroporto di Caselle. Posto auto gratuito in piazzola esterna illuminata. Saremo lieti di ospitare un vostro animale se tranquillo ed educato.
