No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

Casa Vacanze Otium sorge nel cuore del Sasso Caveoso, in posizione panoramica e strategica per visitare gli antichi rioni della città.Dotata di due luminose camere matrimoniali, ciascuna con bagno autonomo. In più: terrazzo privato, ampia cucina/salottino con possibilità di aggiungere un posto letto grazie ad una comoda poltrona-letto. La piccola casa in grotta ha un ingresso indipendente. è una piccola camera ipogea ricavata totalmente all’interno della massa tufacea . Le grotte hanno un loro particolare microclima che viene regolato da impianto di riscaldamento in inverno e deumidificazione quando necessario. Nello spazio esterno, arredato con tavolino e sedie, è possibile incontrare e fare amicizia con la mia gattina e con il mio cane, un dolcissimo Border Collie . Soggiornare in una grotta è un esperienza.

situata in Via D'addozio si compone di un ampio salone con divano letto, smart TV, cassaforte, bagno e balcone con vista sui sassi, una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato e balcone con vista sulla chiesa di Sant'Agostino, cucina completamente attrezzata. l'intero appartamento dispone di aria condizionata e connessione WIFI gratuita. Sono ammessi animali piccola taglia . E' possibile parcheggiare la propria auto in un cortile privato a pagamento we speak English and Spanish.
