Unwind at this welcoming oasis surrounded by nature. This one bedroom 2nd floor apartment has views of the sunrise from the porch and the sunset from the bedroom. The cozy private space overlooks the property where deer, fox, and other wildlife roam and the host’s chickens, goats, cats, and dogs live. Creature comforts include a keurig, king bed, couch, kitchen table, WiFi, TV, and a deck. No parties, no gatherings of more than 2 people. NOTE: There are 2 flights of outdoor steps to enter.

The Hen House Cottage is a tiny house located on an historic farm in central Maryland. It is surrounded by six acres of beautiful pasture and gardens. The Cottage has great light throughout the day, a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee grinder, coffee maker, large fridge, etc.), a full bathroom (with shower), a sleeping area with a comfortable queen-sized bed, dedicated (free) wi-fi, a smart TV, blue tooth sound system, and an eclectic library. Linens and towels are provided.

Keymar Cottage

Stay in this stone rancher in beautiful rural Frederick County half an hour from historic Gettysburg and Frederick. The property is surrounded by fields on three sides with a great view of the mountains (unless the corn is too tall). Watch the sunrise from the front porch and sit on the back patio to watch the sunset. There is a two-car garage and a macadam driveway for parking. The six-tenths acre property includes a nice grassy lawn, trees and shrubbery and a picnic table on the patio.

The house received a meticulous restoration that includes all mechanical systems and a modern addition with a gourmet kitchen and master bedroom. The property also includes a three car garage as well as a restored smoke house and log cabin.

Located 7 miles from McDaniel College and Westminster, 20 miles from Gettysburg, and 23 miles from Frederick, it's a great location for dining, exploring, shopping and enjoying all the college has to offer.

Rest and Recharge Retreat

We have a new larger tent for 2026! Queen size bed. We have also added a sauna to our retreat. Rest and recharge at this beautifully landscaped glamping retreat. Enjoy quiet moments of zen in the meditation garden, awake to the birds and butterflies, float the afternoon away in the pool or enjoy stargazing in the hot tub at night. We are set up for a quiet retreat for 2 people. Additional guests must be approved in advance. No parties!

Walkersville Cabin

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The cabin is located within minutes to the city of Frederick, Gettysburg and Cunningham falls state park. For an extra $50 a night we have a beautiful pool bar available. It is equipped with heat, a/c. 65 inch TV, bar stools, speaker and led lights everywhere.

The Guesthouse at Downey Family Farm

Cozy yet spacious renovated log cabin on our small farm in Maryland's picturesque countryside. Large bedrooms, two bathrooms, great Wi-Fi, and fully-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer make this a great place to stay with your family. The Guesthouse is conveniently located with easy access to I-795, and is 35 minutes from BWI Airport.
