The road down to the lake is steep and all-wheel drive is recommended. (Although walking down is a great hike). This property is a 40-acre paradise. Come swimming, fishing, hiking, or have friends pick you up with their boat in the cove. There is a boat launch at Big Clifty just up the road if you are bringing your own boat.

Located just 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and in a quiet cove steps from Beaver Lake, this location offers the best access while remaining secluded. No children or fires.
