Rose Cottage is a stone built property built around 1830. The floors upstairs are all planked Elm and the downstairs areas are Flagstone flooring. The beamed ceilings and inglenook mean the property exudes character but with all the mod cons, including high speed internet. The cottage was recently upgraded with a Hand- painted kitchen with built in Dishwasher and fridge. Work surfaces are Kashmir white granite. The front garden is quite private & the bench is a perfect spot for a cup of tea.

The Dairy, Collfryn Farm Cottages

A Georgian barn conversion on an award winning organic working farm. You'll arrive to a cosy country cottage surrounded by fields along country lanes. Light a wood-burning stove in the open-plan living room with its large table for family meals. Gardens are shared with the other two cottages in the row. Cycle or walk around the area or hop in the car to visit many attractions nearby such as Lake Vyrnwy, Powis Castle, Welshpool and Llanfair Railway and the coast is also only an hours drive.

Red House Cottage (self catering cottage)

Modern, very comfortable and very clean. Sleeps 4, double ensuite room and double/twin room also ensuite. Outside area, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. In a quiet village setting with two pubs serving food within a two minutes walk of the cottage. Free wifi, smart TV’s in bedrooms. Until recently Red House Cottage was run as a B&B but the owners decided to fit a kitchen to create a self contained cottage for self catering holidays. The cottage is on the side of our home.

Offa's Rest is located directly on The Offa's Dyke path, running through the village of Llanymynech which is between the towns of Oswestry, Shrewsbury and Welshpool. This new accomodation is located in the heart of the village, within a few metres of the eateries, public houses and public transport stops. Offa's Rest has all the amenities that you will need for your stay.

SEVERNSIDE ANNEX

The annexe is situated next to our home with its own private access so you can be completely independent. It’s in the small village of Four Crosses near the England/Wales border and can sleep five people in two bedrooms, one king-size double and one family room comprising three single beds. The ground floor has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a gravelled patio with garden furniture.
