It is within walking distance from main local attractions like Republicii Street, the panoramic viewpoint from Ciuperca Restaurant (15 min), Nymphaea Aquapark (13 min), Piata Unirii (20 min) with the Town Hall, Theater ... (visitoradea.com) The building has a shared garden and is very quiet. Parking is available free of charge on the road in front of the building.
