Walk to shops, restaurants, night life, and everywhere you want to be! Private space with own entrance—no shared areas. Double soundproof walls; please be noise conscious. You may see me or other guests only in passing outside. I work hard to maintain a clean, peaceful place for respectful and quiet guests (and dogs). PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES!

Sea Shell Suite! @Beach, City Bike Trail & UNCW

Enjoy the NC Coast from a serene home, where Sea Shells abound! You'll be close to a Cross City BikeTrail, taking you to nearby Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington and the UNC-W campus. Arrive at your private entrance and personal patio! Inside find a Comfy King-size bed, your own heat/air, full bathroom with towels/fine toiletries. Also find a micro-fridge, coffee/tea/water bottles, healthy snacks, microwave, Beach Towels...! Just close enough to everything! But in our quiet neighborhood!

The Cove

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. See the below description to get a feel for this very special and unique space.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Just a short, 3-minute walk to the beach! After a day in the warm sun, cool sea and soft sand you'll love to relax in this cozy downstairs apartment. You'll have a private entrance, parking for 2 vehicles, full bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a covered breezeway. Wake up to a stocked coffee bar and take a short walk or shorter drive to watch the beautiful sunrise over the ocean, or from one of the oldest fishing piers on the East Coast just half a mile away at Downtown Kure Beach.

Come relax in our 1 bedroom garage suite. 7 miles from carolina beach. Close to down town and wrightsville beach. In the unit you will find a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Living room with shared kitchen nook and bedroom with 1 king size bed and attached Full bath. Equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!

New bedroom furniture and mattress with adjustable bed . Not set up for children safety.

PARTY POLICY: The enchanted Forest is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood and no parties of any kind are permitted. Violations of our house rules such as excessive noise, smoking inside, or extra guests will lead to a fine of $250, cancellation of your reservation, and your immediate removal from the property. Early Check in at 12pm May be available for an extra $35 Or Late check out at 12 for an extra $35 Please message me to see if thats availble.
