Updated 1930’s beach cottage located on an ocean front lot and just steps to the beach. Old school vintage charm with modern comforts. Top deck has amazing ocean views to the north and south and the living room has great sunrise views. This house is located on the ocean side of the street but our personal house between it and the ocean. Stainless appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Laundry is available for guest, shared with lower level tenants and located outside the unit in garage area.

Conveniently located 50 steps from the beach and directly across the street from Tony Silvagni's surf school and beach equipment rental shop. There is no need to get in your car once you arrive. The house is pet friendly and there is a $75 pet fee.
