Welcome to Hammond House. Large comfortable and private living space isolated from the rest of the house. Private bedroom, private full bathroom, and a very large private living room with a queen sized sofa bed. Includes access to large solar heated pool, patios, gardens, and koi pond. Upscale restaurants in Milagro Center just 1 mile away. Walking distance to Ansel-Hoffman Golf Course, Effie Yeaw Nature Center and American River nature trails.
