Waterfront Haven Apartment

Designed by 1 + 2 Architects and built by VOS our home won a HIA award in 2005. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

Set amongst native gum and banksia the cabin overlooks the clear waters of little Norfolk Bay. Externally blending in with its environment and internally featuring detailed timberwork using Tasmanian Oak giving a natural feel. Centrally located within the Tasman Peninsula it's a short drive to everything on offer. Glass Holme – Panoramic Views, Luxury Stay

Glasshouse is a one-of-a-kind architectural gem. Perched high, with sweeping views over the Derwent River, it's the perfect place to lose yourself in the ever changing expansive views. Stunning sunrises and moon rises over the water. Nestled in nature with wildlife on the front lawns, yet just a hop, skip, and jump away from vibrant coffee shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Experience floor-to-ceiling windows that stretch across two stories, a loft-style bedroom, and a luxurious bath.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Perched above Park Beach with front‑row views of Frederick Henry Bay, this 70’s surf shack has been softened by decades of sea breeze, sunshine and stories. It’s simple, soulful, and wrapped in the kind of calm you only find by the water. Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula.

Relax, Restore and Explore at The Sandy Sister

Soak in the ocean views, bathe under stars and feel the sand between your toes. This 60's surf shack, is the perfect place to relax. A short walk to two beaches, surf or calm. With an outdoor bath, decks for sunset drinks, and comfy beds, the shack is perfect for relaxing. This quiet beach town is a great base to explore the region. Not far from Hobart or the airport and a 1hr drive to must see attractions MONA (47km), Port Arthur Historic site (58 km) and Maria Island Ferry (74 km).

Carlton River Escape

Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.

Carlton Beach Holiday House - beachfront/views

A modern 3 bedroom home with lovely ocean views. Just a short stroll onto beach. Carlton Beach is one of Hobart's most beautiful family friendly beaches with surf breaks at both ends of the beach - Park Beach and Carlton River Mouth. This home offers everything you need, and more, for a relaxing stay and is located perfectly for a range of fun activities and close to many tourist attractions. (Note: attached 2bdr self contained unit can be opened to make 5 bdrs/sleeps 10)

MarshMellow - cabin, creek, beach, outdoor tub

Experience the magic of a tiny cabin set amongst a grove of gum trees beside a creek around the bend from an isolated beach in a little-known corner of Tasmania. Everything is tiny, but guests tell us it has everything you need... including luxurious touches like European linen. The Shack - coastal stay with outdoor tub

After arriving on popular Bruny island it is a joy to leave the crowd behind as you wind down the private road through towering trees to the shores of sheepwash bay. Designed with couples in mind the shack is the perfect place for relaxation and romance. Set on the waterfront, in a national park like setting it offers an intimate retreat to call home during your exploration of Bruny Island. Home to the bruny baker you will awaken to the smell of sourdough baking .
