La situation proche du village et du port permet de s y rendre à pied pour profiter des commerces et des piétonnes nocturnes. L'appartement se trouve en rez de chaussée de maison et est mitoyen avec un autre appartement séparé par un mur. Du mois de mai au mois d'octobre l'appartement est loué du samedi au samedi.
