The south side of the main house and the independent tower apartment where you'll be able to enjoy the most incredible view of Estoril and it's coast line. The "Sowth Wing" has 3 bedrooms, a living room and dinning room that are truly majestic. The cozy "Tower Apartment" has 2 beautiful bedrooms and a living room. Each has kitchen and bathroom.

The property is special as it offers sea views from every room, with a spacious outside terrace hanging over the sea, where you can relax, dine and enjoy the beautiful view over looking the Atlantic ocean. Just picture waking up and looking through a window as you see and hear the ocean. You also benefit from walking distance to fantastic Portuguese food restaurants and local amenities so you never need to drive.

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

This spectacular location with stunning views over the Atlantic coast it's just 20 minutes away by car to the Lisbon city center. There is also a ferry boat in Trafaria that connects to Lisbon. Once you arrive to the house you are just minutes away from the best beaches of Lisbon.
