"O beata solitudo, o sola beatitudo" Immerso nella tranquillità della natura e a pochi metri dalla Fonte Annorsi e la sua preziosa acqua sorgiva, il "Rifugio del Gran Sasso" era una stalla per le pecore.Dopo anni di abbandono, riconvertita ad uso residenziale e ricettivo, ha trovato una seconda vita grazie ad una sapiente ristrutturazione che, pur nel rispetto del contesto, si è avvalsa delle più recenti tecnologie come ad esempio l’impianto termico a pavimento o la struttura ventilata del tetto

Troverete serenità, privacy, tanto verde, rose, viste incantevoli, prossimità al Parco Regionale dei Monti Simbruini, escursioni, la magnifica Subiaco con i suoi monasteri Benedettini, un approccio all'arte dell'intaglio del legno, la possibilità di poter mangiare sotto un pergolato di glicine, l'ascolto di buona musica, amore e tanti libri. C'è un sentiero che parte dalla proprietà che attraversa il bosco.

La Casetta di Trignano. Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

The House in the Castle

A fully-equipped house in a medieval stone hamlet perched on the Umbrian mountains and surrounded by Nature. A private garden to relax and unwind from the heat while enjoying the stunning view on the sunset, and a central point to reach the Valnerina and the hilltop towns of Spoleto, Trevi, Montefalco and Assisi as well as Rasiglia and the new Tibetan bridge at Sellano. Enjoy Umbria at its best: luxurious nature, great excursions, good food and thousands of years of art and history to explore!

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The GrazieSole farmhouse is a newly renovated 1900s farmhouse, in a characteristic style with original stone walls, exposed bricks and ceilings with wooden beams, it has a 12-metre swimming pool with breathtaking views and a wide panorama that extends from the Sibillini Mountains to the adjacent hillside villages. It is located in open countryside one kilometer from the center of the village of Penna S. Giovanni, in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by a garden and large green spaces.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Nell’antico borgo di Macenano, in Valnerina si trova The Terrace On The Nera River, un piccolo appartamento dotato di tutte le comodità e con l’unica terrazza panoramica del paese. È bello ammirare dal silenzioso terrazzo gli animali al pascolo, le ripide montagne e il placido fiume Nera che scorre poco lontano. Accessibile solo a piedi dal vicino parcheggio (300m) l’appartamento è ideale per chi vuole godersi la tranquillità mentre esplora la splendida regione.

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
