Welcome to our house! Our 4 BR, 2B home is 4 houses from the Beach! First-floor unit with an open-concept kitchen and large covered deck. The kitchen and bathroom have recently been renovated and have a breezy beachy feel. Free WiFi, 2 TV with Chromecast streaming, gaming TV. To rent our home, we require Airbnb Government ID checks and a minimum age for groups of 25 (required by our Condominium Association). We only do Saturday to Saturday rentals between June 29 - August 31, 2024.

A 5 mins leisure walk to congress hotel and the malls, our condo provides 3 bds/2 bath first-floor condo, gas FP, screened-in porch, fully loaded kitchen, Wi-Fi. Easy walking distance to restaurants, French bakery, organic health food store, beach & town center; wineries, farms an easy bike ride. Simplicity..close to Coast Guard base, mall, beach

Simplicity at the beach...ease of living....you won't need a vacation after staying here...our sole purpose is to provide a space where you feel comfortable and relaxed enough to enjoy our beautiful town. We do provide sheets, pillows, blankets, and bath towels for 4 people. 😊 We also have a guidebook that has many things to do around town. Please check it out. No pets as daughter is allergic. FYI…no charging golf carts or electric vehicles.
