The apartment has a designated parking area, a private covered outside entrance, and it's own patio with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy small town America and the surrounding views.

The cottage sits on a hill top overlooking the charming rural town of Panguitch and has 360 degree views of the beautiful mountain ranges of Southern Utah. Grandpa's Place at Bryce Canyon

We are located at the base of Bryce Canyon in Tropic, Utah. Our apartment is located at the back of our home. Drive to the back and there will be a night light over the door to the entrance to the apartment. The apartment is very nice with two bedrooms and a private entrance. The first room has a queen bed with TV. The second room has a double bed with the bathroom. We provide internet, Dish TV and coffee. Also included is a microwave and a mini refrigerator.
