The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

This unit is under new management and has been recently updated with a king bed. This listing has had some issues because of poor management in the past, these have been resolved with the new management. It is in the heart of West Richland. Just a couple of blocks away from amazing restaurants, coffee shops, parks, the Yakima River, West Richland Golf Course, and so much more. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, or cozy home base while exploring everything Tri-Cities has to offer.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located retreat! Within 3-miles of mall, shopping, dining, and top wineries. Relax in the luxurious, spacious shower, lounge in the comfortable king-sized bed, or be productive at your own work station. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

New guesthouse built in 2022 located in West Richland, WA near the Columbia River. Some of the best wineries in the country, lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. Located in a low traffic area with baseball field and a park within walking distance. 10 minutes from Highway 82. Studio guesthouse has a queen sized Murphy bed, a sleeper sofa, dining table & TV. The Desert Hideaway is a private, detached guesthouse in a quiet neighborhood. It is located five minutes from shopping in two directions and six minutes from the Columbia River (Howard Amon Park). The tri-cities are full of good food trucks and Richland has a long walking path along the river. The backyard is shared with the hosts.
