This cozy upstairs studio apartment is 3 mi. from GSP, 4 mi. from BMW, 2 mi. from downtown Greer, & a mile from the Greer Memorial Hospital. It's close to shopping & restaurants, yet has a country feel. WE HAVE PARKING SPACE FOR ONLY 1 REGULAR-SIZED VEHICLE. We do not allow smoking anywhere on our property. It's both spacious and cozy with a private bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen, and a comfortable living room.
