"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

L'appartamento SUNRISE è un'antica costruzione in pietra posta nella parte alta del paese di Castè. A fianco alla casa passa il sentiero 501 che conduce direttamente alle 5 terre attraverso i boschi che riempiono la valle. E' dotato di una grande terrazza (oltre 16 metri quadri) che gode di una magnifica vista panoramica sulla valle e dalla quale si ammirano delle emozionanti albe. Il parcheggio è privato. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.
